What's New
Routines: Schedule an agent to run on a recurring schedule or at a one-off time, unattended. Browse run history and results from the new Routines tab, or manage routines by asking in chat.
Code Review Pipeline: Code review now runs as a five-stage process — parallel analysis, adversarial verification, a live test run, and a final verdict — with monthly calibration to stay sharp.
Project-Aware Suggestions: Empty-chat suggestions are now generated from your actual project — recent conversations, current state, and working style — instead of three fixed tiles.
Open-Loops Memory: Fabric keeps track of unfinished business pulled from your conversations, closing loops when the work lands and feeding smarter suggestions.
Background Update Checks: Fabric now checks for updates in the background — on wake from sleep and at regular intervals — instead of only at launch, prompting at most once per session.
Name Your Companion: Onboarding now asks what to call your AI companion and remembers it everywhere. The Companion panel also adds a typed text mode and a new aurora landing screen.
Bug Fixes
Sign in with Apple now works — sign-in hands off to your system browser so the app never sees your Apple credentials.
Fixed "Fabric take the wheel" mode stalling when the agent asks a clarifying question — after a configurable timeout, Fabric picks the recommended option and keeps working.
Fixed AI responses rendering with text broken mid-sentence — responses now stay continuous and complete.
Fixed edited messages sending the original text instead of your changes, which could cause old content to resurface later.
Fixed questions vanishing in "Collapse all" thinking mode — questions now always render outside collapsed sections, including after an app restart.
Fixed the manual Compact button being permanently disabled — it now works even without a custom merge model selected.
Fixed the copy-response button including stray metadata and raw fragments — copied text is now clean.
Fixed onboarding capturing speech before its greeting finishes, and "Restart onboarding" now gives a genuinely fresh start.
Fixed Fabric skipping your last project restoration when launched without focus, such as from a script or at login.
Fixed provider-specific features not working correctly when a model is served under a different name.
Settings toggles are now keyboard-accessible — every switch is focusable and operable with Enter/Space, with proper semantics for screen readers.
