v1.31: Smarter Conversation Summaries

What's New
When conversations exceed the model's context window, Fabric compacts them into a summary so the conversation can continue. Previously, these summaries could include empty sections and placeholder text.
- Conversation summaries are now cleaned up automatically -- empty sections and placeholder text are stripped out, producing tighter, more useful compacted conversations.
